Cycling Club Hackney have been working with NHS East London Foundation Trust, we're planning a pilot cycling project on Kingsmead Estate London E9. It's going to be a specific weekly session to start with that is designed for people who would like to get out more and may also be feeling low in confidence and/or isolated without regular social contacts and exercise. The sessions are to be hosted by qualified coaching staff Keir & Marlene and is tailored to meet the needs of beginner/learner cyclists as well as those familiar and comfortable with cycles and bike riding. The title is Kingsmead Bike Club. We are looking forward to making a start 11am-1pm on Tuesday 31st March 2020. Soon we are begin to promote our offer in the area with the flyer below:
